+ I'M A MAN. CAN I JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP?

No. The Upgrade is a women-only membership - exclusively for those who identify as female. If you do not identify as a woman, this space is not for you. We’ve created The Upgrade as a safe, supportive environment for women to do deep mindset work alongside others with shared life experiences. You’ll have the chance to be hot-seat coached by me during a group call - but 1:1 coaching is not included in the membership. If you’d like focused, private mentorship, you can book a Power Hour separately.

+ WHEN WILL THE LIVE CALLS BE HELD?

Live calls are held on the second Monday of every month at  11 AM Pacific Time. All calls are recorded and uploaded to the membership platform so you can catch the replays whenever you like.

Here’s how it works: you’re billed on the same date each month and receive ~30 days of access per payment, if you cancel, you’ll keep your access until the end of your billing cycle - no surprise cut-offs, you can come and go as you please, but please note: if you cancel and return later, the masterclass discount will no longer apply.
