So, I got a full-time job. After 402 rejections, it finally happened. It’s been a challenging couple of years post-layoff [...] I’ve poured everything into starting my own businesses - furniture flipping @sandiegofurnitureflipper and hosting The Career Flipper podcast - but they’re just not bringing in enough to sustain me full-time… yet.

I’ll be honest, there’s some shame in this. I wanted so badly to make it work on my own. She’s not coming back. And that I want to celebrate.

Hi! I woke up at 3:30am, joined The Upgrade, and started binge-watching and working through the worksheets. I tried to launch a coaching/astrology biz in 2022 but ended up going back to work. [...] In the past few weeks, I’ve been recording voice notes to gain clarity.

Today, I got a clear download for my mission statement and who I want to serve - focusing on coaching/personal development, not astrology. I also got an idea for my first post and plan to make a reel in the next few days. I’m starting from what feels like nothing - my followers are mostly people I know.

This morning I felt high on myself - like a bad bitch - but then the afternoon slump hit. I got overwhelmed by the business side (def not my zone of genius). I love the creative stuff - content, editing, design - but I get there’s more to biz than that. [...]

I’ve been through hell and back - fucked up childhood, divorced a narc, single parenting two kids, working full-time, in recovery since 2016, ADHD, PMDD, insomnia, and more. But all of it is fuel for my content.

The first entrepreneurial container I joined was in 2018, and I’ve never fully launched - until now. Now is the time. I still hear the doubts, but I’m ready to build momentum and do this for real this time.

This morning I journaled using the Wild Free Expression Prompts and have been crying on and off all day. I’m not a big cryer - I spent much of my teens choking down tears to appear stable - but the amount of loud-sob-ugly-crying I did today feels unprecedented. [...]

I had 2 WILLLD dreams after doing the healing meditation for witch wounds and listening to the Millionaire Mindset track overnight.

@Margot Miller - this might be TMI 👀🤣 - but in one dream, I came to your clinic and you installed a draining tube connected to my womb. All this liquid came out, and you explained it was the “guck” energy that doesn’t belong to me.

I woke up at 1:30am and put on the Millionaire Mindset track. I could hear the affirmations in my dreams - but it wasn’t your voice at first, it was a friend’s. I remember thinking, “She doesn’t have a healthy money mindset… why am I trusting this voice?” Then I asked: Why not unapologetically trust?

I don’t know what it all means yet 😌 but something definitely shifted.

Okay! Hello everyone!!!

I’ve managed to shift so much in the last two months, which is amazing!!!! I was feeling so sorry for myself and frozen in my life - always able to help others, but not myself.

What I’ve learned is that we all go through difficult situations, and we can get stuck there for too long. In my case, it wasn’t just the situation - it was me giving away my power. [...] I’m not powerless anymore. I understand every time I make a choice, and it’s amazing knowing that.

Last night during the call, something clicked - I think I’m ready to detach from my current reality and step into my higher calling! How the fuck do I do that? Lol [...] I know this is what I need to work on more - sitting with the discomfort.

 Hi Margot,

I signed up yesterday because I needed more clarity on my new business idea and to work through some blocks around showing up online. I just watched two past coaching sessions, and OMG - they helped me more than any other mentorship program I've tried. I paused the videos 15+ times to take notes and ended up with three full pages of ideas! I already feel so much clearer about who I want to help and how - and I haven’t even gotten to the content yet.

After creating content online for the last few years around mental health, personal development, and neurodivergence, I was struggling to build a business around those topics. I've tried a few different things, but nothing ever felt "right"...

+ WHO IS THIS MEMBERSHIP FOR, EXACTLY?

The Upgrade is for women who are building a business - or thinking about starting one - who know they need to become a different version of themselves to get the results they want. They understand that the way they’re thinking and the actions they’re taking right now aren’t a match for the income and impact they envision for their future, and they’re looking for the support to facilitate an identity upgrade. Inside this membership, you’ll develop the entrepreneurial mindset and business skillset required to quantum leap your results.

+ I'M A MAN. CAN I JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP?

No. The Upgrade is a women-only membership - exclusively for those who identify as female. If you do not identify as a woman, this space is not for you. We’ve created The Upgrade as a safe, supportive environment for women to do deep mindset work alongside others with shared life experiences. Please respect the boundaries of this container by not attempting to join.

If you join the membership and do not meet the demographic criteria, your access will be revoked immediately and no refund will be issued.

Absolutely. The Upgrade is a mindset and skillset membership for women at all levels of business - whether you're looking to start or scale. In Phase 2, where we focus on your CEO Self, we cover everything you need to build a business from the ground up: from purpose and problem to product, pricing, positioning, and promotion. We teach you all the strategies and tactics you need to succeed - whether you're launching your first offer or optimising what you already have to create more freedom.

+ I HAVEN’T FOUND MY PURPOSE YET. IS IT STILL A FIT?

YES. The Upgrade is especially suited for women who know they’re meant for something bigger and better - but haven’t figured out exactly what that looks like yet. Most people don’t know what they want when they’re still bound by the expectations and obligations of their family, culture, and society. That’s where The Upgrade comes in. It helps you cut through all that conditioning so you can figure out what your calling actually is - and start cashing in on it. I didn’t instantly know my vision or mission either. I had to fuck around and find out. + IS THIS A GROUP COACHING PROGRAM?

Not quite. Most group programs run for a fixed period. The Upgrade is a rolling monthly membership - so you can join anytime and stay as long as you like. That said, monthly group coaching calls are part of your membership. You’ll have the chance to sit in the hot seat and receive personalised coaching from me on mindset, strategy, or anything in between.

+ WILL THERE BE ANY OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH YOU 1:1 IN HERE?

You’ll have the chance to be hot-seat coached by me during a group call - but 1:1 coaching is not included in the membership. If you’d like focused, private mentorship, you can book a Power Hour separately.

+ WHEN WILL THE LIVE CALLS BE HELD?

Live calls are held on the first Monday of every month at 9am Pacific Time. All calls are recorded and uploaded to the membership platform so you can catch the replays whenever you like.

+ IS THE COURSE AVAILABLE TO BUY ANYWHERE ELSE?

No, the The Identity Upgrade System® course is exclusively available to members of The Upgrade.

+ ARE THE RESOURCES DRIP-FED OR ARE THEY ALL AVAILABLE AT ONCE?

Everything is available as soon as you join - whether you choose a monthly or annual membership. We don’t gatekeep here. And to keep things fresh, new resources are added every month, so the longer you stay, the more you get.

+ CAN I CONNECT WITH THE COMMUNITY OFFLINE AS WELL AS ONLINE?

Yes! In addition to connecting with the community during group coaching calls and on the membership platform, I will be hosting regular meet-ups and an annual retreat for members who want to deepen and enrich their experience.

+ CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?

Yes. You’re not locked in. Here’s how it works: you’re billed on the same date each month and receive ~30 days of access per payment, if you cancel, you’ll keep your access until the end of your billing cycle - no surprise cut-offs, you can come and go as you please, but please note: if you cancel and return later, the masterclass discount will no longer apply.

+ DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE?

No - due to the digital and downloadable nature of this membership, all sales are final and refunds will not be issued.
