The Monthly Coaching Call with Margot is held on the Second Monday of each month at 11 AM PT.

Hosted live in her Zoom room, recorded, and uploaded to our membership platform within 24 hours - so you can always catch the replay if you can’t attend live. 💻

Registering for the calls is simple - and you only need to do it once.
Once registered, you’ll automatically be signed up for all future upcoming coaching calls with Margot.

💻 On desktop:

1. Log in to your account here: herunapologeticsuccess.mykajabi.com/login. You’ll automatically be taken to the Product Library.
2. Scroll down and click 'Tier 1 Upcoming: [...]'.
3. Click on the next available date for the call you wish to register for (highlighted in red).
4. On the next page, click on the Zoom link in the call description.
5. You’ll be taken to a Zoom registration form, where you’ll see all future call dates listed at the top. Enter your name and email address.
6. Make sure you click 'Register' at the bottom of the page before leaving. 

Once this is done, you are automatically registered for all future upcoming calls.

1. Download and log in to the free Zoom app (if you haven’t already).
2. Download and log in to the free Kajabi app (please ensure that it’s the Kajabi app, not the Kajabi Communities app, which is different).
3. In the Kajabi app, tap Library (to the left of the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen).
4. Then tap Coaching (to the right of the navigation bar at the top of your screen).
5. Your available calls will appear inside the group titled: Monthly Coaching Calls.
6. Click the picture to be taken to all available calls.
7. Click the orange 'Join' button next to the next available date.

You’ll then be taken to the Zoom registration form. Once completed, you’ll be registered for all upcoming calls.

🗓 Don’t forget to mark your calendar too so you don’t miss out.

We do also upload replays of each call - but you can’t sit in the hot seat unless you’re in the Zoom room, so we encourage you to attend live and receive coaching when you can.

In the monthly coaching call, around 200+ participants attend live. Margot typically coaches 6-12 members per call (about 5-10 minutes each).

Not everyone raises their hand and remember - what’s personal is often universal. Many members find they receive exactly what they need just by listening to someone else’s coaching. 💫

We aim to upload replays within 1 working day of each call. You’ll also receive an email as soon as a replay is uploaded. 🎥

You can access all available coaching call replays directly inside your account on both desktop and mobile.

3. Click on the replay you’d like to watch (highlighted in red).

2. Tap Library (to the left of the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen).
3. Tap Coaching (to the right of the navigation bar at the top of your screen).
4. Your available replays will appear in the group: Monthly Coaching Call Replays.
5. Tap the right-hand arrow on the replay you’d like to watch.
6. Tap the orange “Watch Recording” link just underneath the Zoom link.
7. Then press the ▶️ triangle play button to watch the replay.

With 200+ attendees and 6-12 spots, your chance is roughly 3-6% per call. 

To make sure you have as best a chance of being chosen for hot-seat coaching as possible, please make sure:

• You raise your hand in Zoom using their built-in feature
• Have your video turned on so Margot can see you're there and ready to be coached
• Make sure you have a good WiFi connection and are in a place that is quiet and where you're able to talk to and listen to Margot

New resources are added monthly, so there’s always something fresh for you to explore and implement.

To cancel your subscription, please contact the team at hello@herunapologeticsuccess.com from the email address you used to sign up, so we can access your account and process the cancellation for you.

Please note:

• Our inbox is monitored Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm UK time.
• Our response time is 2 business days.
• It is your responsibility to contact us at least 2 business days before your renewal date to give us time to process your cancellation.
• If your request is sent too close to your billing date and you are charged, no refund will be issued.

We don’t offer the option to pause. You're welcome to cancel and rejoin later - but please note that discounted pricing is forfeited upon cancellation. Rejoining means signing up at the current rate, which may be higher.
