We offer two membership tiers, each with its own support schedule:

Standard (Tier 1)
✨ Monthly Coaching Call with Margot - Second Monday of each month at 11 AM PT

VIP (Tier 2)
✨ Weekly Coaching Calls with Margot - Every Tuesday at 11 AM PT
✨ Monthly Energy Clearing Session (ThetaHealing®) - Third Monday of each month at 11 AM PT

All calls are hosted live on Zoom, recorded, and uploaded to our membership platform within 24 hours - so you can always catch the replay if you can’t attend live. 💻

Registering for the calls is simple - and you only need to do it once.
Once registered, you’ll automatically be signed up for all future upcoming coaching calls with Margot in that call group.

💻 On desktop:

1. Log in to your account here: herunapologeticsuccess.mykajabi.com/login. You’ll automatically be taken to the Product Library.
2. Scroll down and click 'Tier 1 Upcoming: [...]' or 'Tier 2 Upcoming: [...]', depending on your membership.
3. Click on the next available date for the call you wish to register for (highlighted in red).
4. On the next page, click on the Zoom link in the call description.
5. You’ll be taken to a Zoom registration form, where you’ll see all future call dates listed at the top. Enter your name and email address.
6. Make sure you click 'Register' at the bottom of the page before leaving. 

Once this is done, you are automatically registered for all future upcoming calls in that group.

📱 On mobile:

1. Download and log in to the free Zoom app (if you haven’t already).
2. Download and log in to the free Kajabi app (please ensure that it’s the Kajabi app, not the Kajabi Communities app, which is different).
3. In the Kajabi app, tap Library (to the left of the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen).
4. Then tap Coaching (to the right of the navigation bar at the top of your screen).
5. Your available calls will appear in groups (e.g. Monthly Coaching Calls if you’re in Tier 1, or Monthly Coaching Calls/Weekly Coaching Calls/Monthly Energy Clearing Sessions if you’re in Tier 2).
6. Click the picture to be taken to all available call dates and times within that group.
7. Click the orange 'Join' button next to the next available date.

You’ll then be taken to the Zoom registration form. Once completed, you’ll be registered for all upcoming calls within that group.

🗓 Don’t forget to mark your calendar too so you don’t miss out.

We do upload replays of each call - but you can’t sit in the hot seat unless you’re in the Zoom room, so we encourage you to attend live and receive coaching while you can.

This depends on the tier and type of call:

Standard (Tier 1): Around 200+ participants live. Margot typically coaches 6-12 members per call (about 5-10 minutes each).

VIP (Tier 2): Smaller intimate sessions - usually 20 people live, and Margot coaches 4-6 per call.

Not everyone raises their hand - what’s personal is often universal. Many members find they receive exactly what they need just by listening to someone else’s coaching. 💫

We aim to upload all replays within 1 working day of each call. You’ll also receive an email as soon as a replay is uploaded. 🎥

You can access all available coaching call replays directly inside your account on both desktop and mobile.

💻 On desktop:

1. Log in to your account here: herunapologeticsuccess.mykajabi.com/login. You’ll automatically be taken to the Product Library.
2. Scroll down and click Tier 1 Replays: [...] or Tier 2 Replays: [...], depending on your membership.
3. Click on the replay you’d like to watch (highlighted in red).
4. Press the ▶️ triangle play button to watch the replay.

📱On mobile:

5. Tap the right-hand arrow on the replay you’d like to watch.
6. Tap the orange “Watch Recording” link just underneath the Zoom link.
7. Then press the ▶️ triangle play button to watch the replay.

Here’s how it works across the tiers:

💫 Standard (Tier 1): With 200+ attendees and 6-12 spots, your chance is roughly 3-6% per call.

💫 VIP (Tier 2): With a smaller group size (~20 attendees) and 4-6 people being coached per call, this gives you a 20-30% higher chance of receiving coaching. You also have 4 additional opportunities each month to sit in the hot seat, as VIP members receive 4 extra coaching calls per month. On top of that, you also receive a monthly energy clearing session.
