We offer two tiers of group coaching calls:

• Standard: Live calls are held on the second Monday of every month at 11 AM PT.
  
  
• VIP:
  • Weekly identity coaching calls are held every Tuesday at 11 AM PT.
  • Monthly energetic clearing calls are held on the fourth Monday of every month at 11 AM PT.

All calls are recorded and uploaded to the membership platform, so you can always catch the replay if you can’t join live.

Registering for the group coaching calls is simple:

• Log in to your account
  • On desktop: be sure to hit the Community button after logging in
  • On mobile: use your Kajabi Communities app
    
• Navigate to the Coaching area inside the community
• Look under “Upcoming”
• Confirm your attendance by selecting the calls you'd like to register for and following the prompts
  
  

It really is as easy as that!

We do upload the replays of each call - but obviously, you can’t take full advantage (or sit in the hot seat!) if you don’t attend live. 

So we encourage you to come along and receive free coaching while you can!

This differs from call to call:

• Standard: Each person receives approx. 5-10 minutes of coaching, and Margot typically works with 6-12 members per call.

• VIP: We don’t keep time as strictly. Margot spends longer and goes deeper with each person where needed. On average, 4-6 people are coached per call.

Not everyone raises their hand - what’s personal is often universal, and many members find they get exactly what they need by listening to someone else’s coaching.

We aim to upload call replays to the membership platform and send them out via email within 1 working day.

• Standard call replays (from Monday calls) are typically available by Tuesday.
  
  
• VIP call replays (from Monday and Tuesday calls) are typically available by Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively.

On Desktop:

• Head to the Coaching area in the community via the left-hand navigation bar.
  
  
• Select "Past" to see previous sessions.
  
  
• Click the date you’re looking for, and the replay link will be in the description.

On Mobile (Kajabi Communities app):

• Tap the Coaching icon in the center of the bottom nav bar.
  
  
• Use the top nav bar to select "Past", then click the relevant session to find the replay link.

⚠️ If you're still using the old Kajabi app, we recommend switching to the Kajabi Communities app for a significantly better experience.

In Standard, calls often have 200+ participants. Margot typically coaches 6–12 people, which means your chance of being selected is usually around 3%–6% per call.

In VIP, calls are smaller and more frequent:

• Typically around 20 people live

• 4–6 coached per call

• 5+ opportunities per month (weekly identity coaching and monthly energetic clearing)

If you raise your hand and aren’t coached that day, our community manager Marina makes a note and ensures you’re prioritised first on the next call (as long as your hand is raised). We do everything we can to make the process as fair as possible.

Then, forward your receipt to [email protected], and we’ll cancel your Standard subscription and refund that month to avoid double billing.

New resources are added monthly, so there’s always something fresh for you to explore and implement.

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time from inside your account - no need to wait for support.

Depending on your payment method, you’ll now follow one of the two paths below:

• Under Active Subscriptions, click Cancel this subscription
  
  
• Confirm your cancellation when prompted
  
  

✅ If you paid via PayPal:

• Under Active Subscriptions, click Cancel in PayPal
  
  
• You’ll be redirected to your PayPal account
  
  
• Click Payments in the top menu
  
  
• Select Manage automatic payments
  
  
• Find HERUNAPOLOGETICSUCCESS in the sidebar and click it
  
  
• Click Cancel and confirm cancellation of automatic payments
  
  

Once cancelled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. You can view your cancelled subscription and your access end date in your Purchase History.

If you're using the KAJABI COMMUNITIES APP:

• Tap Content (bottom-right corner of the screen)
  
  
• Select Course or Resources
  
  
• Tap the hamburger icon (≡) in the top-right corner of the screen
  
  
• Tap Settings
  
  
• Tap Billing and follow the same steps as above, based on your payment method
  
  

⚠️ You cannot cancel your subscription from the old Kajabi app. This is one of the reasons we strongly recommend switching to the Kajabi Communities app.
