You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time from inside your account—no need to wait for support.
If you're on a DESKTOP:
- Log in at herunapologeticsuccess.mykajabi.com/login
- Click into either Course or Resources
- Click your Avatar (top-right corner of the screen)
- Select Settings from the dropdown
- Under Account Information, click Billing (top-left of the screen)
Depending on your payment method, you’ll now follow one of the two paths below:
âś… If you paid by card:
- Under Active Subscriptions, click Cancel this subscription
- Confirm your cancellation when prompted
âś… If you paid via PayPal:
- Under Active Subscriptions, click Cancel in PayPal
- You’ll be redirected to your PayPal account
- Click Payments in the top menu
- Select Manage automatic payments
- Find HERUNAPOLOGETICSUCCESS in the sidebar and click it
- Click Cancel and confirm cancellation of automatic payments
Once cancelled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. You can view your cancelled subscription and your access end date in your Purchase History.
If you're using the KAJABI COMMUNITIES APP:
- Tap Content (bottom-right corner of the screen)
- Select Course or Resources
- Tap the hamburger icon (≡) in the top-right corner of the screen
- Tap Settings
- Tap Billing and follow the same steps as above, based on your payment method
⚠️ You cannot cancel your subscription from the old Kajabi app. This is one of the reasons we strongly recommend switching to the Kajabi Communities app.
