So, I got a full-time job. After 402 rejections, it finally happened. It’s been a challenging couple of years post-layoff. I’ve poured everything into starting my own businesses—furniture flipping @sandiegofurnitureflipper and hosting The Career Flipper podcast—but they’re just not bringing in enough to sustain me full-time… yet.

Hi! I woke up at 3:30am, joined The Upgrade, and started binge-watching and working through the worksheets. I tried to launch a coaching/astrology biz in 2022 but ended up going back to work. [...] In the past few weeks, I’ve been recording voice notes to gain clarity.

Today, I got a clear download for my mission statement and who I want to serve—focusing on coaching/personal development, not astrology. @Margot Miller—this might be TMI 👀🤣—but in one dream, I came to your clinic and you installed a draining tube connected to my womb. All this liquid came out, and you explained it was the “guck” energy that doesn’t belong to me.

I woke up at 1:30am and put on the Millionaire Mindset track. I could hear the affirmations in my dreams—but it wasn’t your voice at first, it was a friend’s. I remember thinking, “She doesn’t have a healthy money mindset… why am I trusting this voice?” Then I asked: Why not unapologetically trust?

Okay! Hello everyone!!!

I’ve managed to shift so much in the last two months, which is amazing!!!! I was feeling so sorry for myself and frozen in my life—always able to help others, but not myself.

What I’ve learned is that we all go through difficult situations, and we can get stuck there for too long. In my case, it wasn’t just the situation—it was me giving away my power. [...] I’m not powerless anymore. I understand every time I make a choice, and it’s amazing knowing that.

 Hi Margot,

I signed up yesterday because I needed more clarity on my new business idea and to work through some blocks around showing up online. I just watched two past coaching sessions, and OMG—they helped me more than any other mentorship program I've tried. They understand that the way they’re thinking and the actions they’re taking right now aren’t a match for the income and impact they envision for their future, and they’re looking for the support to facilitate an identity upgrade. Two membership tiers are available - standard and VIP - depending on the level of coaching support you want.

+ I'M A MAN. CAN I JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP?

No. The Upgrade is a women-only membership - exclusively for those who identify as female. If you do not identify as a woman, this space is not for you. We’ve created The Upgrade as a safe, supportive environment for women to do deep mindset work alongside others with shared life experiences. Yes. You’re not locked in. Whether you choose a monthly or annual plan, you’re billed on the same date each cycle and receive access for the full duration of that billing period. If you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your current cycle - no surprise cut-offs. You can come and go as you please, but please note: if you cancel and return later, you’ll rejoin at the current advertised rate.
